In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain a naga6d Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
2. You are accessing naga6d from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law, or you assume full personal legal responsibility for your participation.
3. You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of naga6d or any of its software providers, payment processors, or affiliated entities.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or on behalf of a third party.
5. You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from naga6d under these Terms or any prior version of these Terms.
6. You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.

naga6d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on naga6d. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered with different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, naga6d will void all Wagers placed from the duplicate account and confiscate any Balance held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method. You must update this information promptly if it changes.

naga6d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account opening is at the sole discretion of naga6d.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. Any Wager placed from your Account using your credentials is deemed to have been placed by you, and naga6d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

You must notify naga6d immediately at support [at] naga6d.club if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised. naga6d may, at its discretion, temporarily suspend an Account pending a security investigation.

naga6d will never contact you to request your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

All deposits to naga6d Accounts are denominated and processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). naga6d does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are accepted:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP — minimum deposit Rp 50.000.
• E-Wallet: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay — minimum deposit Rp 25.000.

Deposits are processed in real time or within ten (10) minutes of confirmation of receipt. naga6d does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which naga6d accepts no responsibility.

naga6d reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at the platform level, separate from any voluntary limits set by the Player under the Responsible Gaming programme. Players may also set their own deposit limits via Account Settings at any time.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the naga6d Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. naga6d processes withdrawals as follows:

• E-Wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay): Processed instantly upon approval. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000.
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP): Processed within one (1) to three (3) hours of approval. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000.

Before a withdrawal is approved, naga6d may require the Player to complete KYC verification. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within seven (7) days of the request will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and the funds returned to the Account Balance.

naga6d reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation where fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, naga6d will notify the Player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any funds are confiscated.

naga6d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods as set out in the individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

1. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
2. Wagering requirements must be completed within the promotional period stated. Unfulfilled wagering requirements result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds.
3. Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses constitute fraud.
4. Wagers placed on games with an RTP exceeding platform-specified thresholds or placed at minimum stakes may not count toward wagering requirements — specific restrictions are stated in each promotion's terms.
5. naga6d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. If a promotion is amended after a Player has already opted in and commenced wagering, the terms in force at the time of opt-in will apply.
6. naga6d may decline bonus applications or cancel awarded bonuses where evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of software errors is identified.

All games on the naga6d platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. RTP percentages for all slot titles are published within each game's information panel.

The following general wagering rules apply across all naga6d products:

• Wagers are final once confirmed by the platform. Confirmed wagers may not be cancelled or amended.
• In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or disconnection during play, naga6d reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed payout, naga6d will pay the correct amount based on the actual game outcome and the applicable RTP.
• For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result at the time of settlement. Late score corrections issued after settlement has been processed will not be re-settled unless explicitly stated in the individual sport's rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game, market, and product. These are displayed at the point of wagering.
• naga6d may impose individual Player wagering limits at its discretion, including but not limited to maximum win caps per session, game, or day.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on naga6d:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Registering more than one Account or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or exploit platform mechanics.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament, including chip-dumping in poker or coordinated live-table play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors for financial gain. Players who discover errors must report them to support and not exploit them.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any deposit made to the Platform in bad faith.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward naga6d staff or other Players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions.

naga6d is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a suite of voluntary player-protection tools accessible via Account Settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, reality-check alerts, temporary cool-off periods (24 hours to 90 days), and permanent self-exclusion.

naga6d enforces a strict 21+ age policy. We conduct age verification at registration and at the withdrawal stage. If at any time naga6d has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be held, and the matter will be investigated in accordance with our KYC procedures.

All content on the naga6d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game assets, and the "naga6d" brand name and associated marks, is the property of naga6d or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without our prior written consent.

naga6d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected for account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.
• naga6d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed payment processors, game studios, and regulatory bodies where required by law or platform operations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, naga6d and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or opportunity arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or game malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party game studios, odds compilers, or data feeds.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit naga6d's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

naga6d's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

naga6d may suspend or permanently close any Account with immediate effect, without notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The Player is found to have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct (as set out in Clause 9) is identified or reasonably suspected.
• A regulatory or law enforcement authority requests account suspension or information disclosure.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support [at] naga6d.club. Any real-money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which naga6d holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Players who access naga6d from Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to local legal restrictions and assume full personal legal responsibility for their participation. naga6d does not represent or warrant that the use of the Platform is legal in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.

naga6d reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Minor amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may be made without notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure and withdrawal of your Balance.
